Day 1: Welcome to Zimbabwe
You will be met at the airport, and transferred by light aircraft to Linkwasha airstrip, this flight will take 45 minutes, Little Makalolostaff will be waiting to transfer you by road to Camp, this is treated as a game drive and can take around 30 minutes.
Day 1 - 4: Spectacular Safari in Hwange
Little Makalolo lies in the heart of Hwange National Park, in one of its best game viewing areas, overlooking a vibrant waterhole. It offers privacy for guests who enjoy small camps and a sense of remoteness.
The camp’s six traditional-style tents are spacious and en-suite, with indoor and outdoor showers. Solar power is used to heat water, ensuring a lighter environmental footprint.Linking the tents to the main area are teak walkways.
The pool is a fantastic addition especially for those hot summer days. There is a log-pile hide overlooking the waterhole in front of camp which is home to literally a Noah’s Ark parade of animals as they come down to quench their thirst.
Little Makalolo is on their own private concession which allows for exciting game drives and walking safaris without the crowds. There are usually impressive herds of buffalo and elephant around the waterholes. There is also the option of spending a night star gazing from the romantic and seclude Star Bed.
Day 4 – 6: Victoria Falls Safari Club
Today after breakfast and your morning activity you will be taken back to Linkwasha airstrip for your light aircraft transfer to Victoria Falls airport, on arrival you will be met and transferred by road to Victoria Falls Safari Club, this road transfer takes 20 minutes.
Set on a plateau and bordering the Zambezi National Park, this upscale lodge is 4 km from Victoria Falls town.With a focus on exclusivity, this lavish facility provides unforgettable experiences on the doorstep of one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.
The 20-room Victoria Falls Safari Club has a central guest area featuring a lounge, dining area and bar, as well as a viewing deck which overlooks the game corridor to the Zambezi River and a wildlife-rich waterhole.
Safari Club guests enjoy a complimentary minibar, afternoon teas, cocktails and canapés, head and shoulder massages and edutainment presentations.
Located within the magnificent grounds of the award-winning Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, Safari Club guests may access its facilities, including the famous Buffalo Bar and the deluxe MaKuwa-Kuwa Restaurant, which both have spectacular views.

Day 5: Guided tour of Victoria Falls
This is truly an awe-inspiring experience – the sight, the sound, the smell; the humbling feeling that here indeed is Nature’s Supreme Masterpiece. No photograph can begin to depict the reality…and nothing prepares you for your first sight. The Victoria Falls reaches its zenith in about May each year.
En route, you will be taken past the ‘Big Tree’ where you may stop and take photos. You will be accompanied through the Rainforest by one of the qualified Guides who will give a brief history of the Falls themselves as well as detailing the flora, fauna, bird & wildlife and other points of interest. Guides are also happy to assist clients with photographs whilst visiting this most spectacular of waterfalls. Raincoats are provided when needed.
Dinner Cruise on Zambezi Reflections
This afternoon you will be collected by Zambezi Reflections and transferred to the river. Onarrival, you will embark on a dinner cruise!
Enjoy the best of both worlds, a spectacular Zambezi sunset cruise followed by a four-course meal, freshly prepared on-board by our chefs, and served to you while cruising along the river with the sounds of the African bush providing your background music.
Day 6: Farewell to Zimbabwe
You will be driven back to Victoria Falls airport to catch your international flight home.
